And it seems that LiLo has inspired a bit of craziness, as a random guy has been going around the Big Apple masquerading as her ‘manager.’

According to a report, a man who calls himself Roy Cohen has been calling stores like Prada and Gucci and posing as Lohan’s rep to set up private store viewings. He’s also arranged a bash at the Empire Hotel for Gossip Girl star Blake Lively.

Unfortunately for him, neither actress has shown up to anything he’s arranged, and Lindsay’s real publicist Leslie Sloane Zelnick is calling foul. She told press, “He doesn’t rep Lindsay or Blake and no one knows who the creep is.”
