Tracy Morgan In Critical Condition After Six-Vehicle New Jersey Turnpike Car Accident

Tracy Morgan is in critical condition after being injured in a six-vehicle car accident in Cranbury, New Jersey on Saturday, June 7, the actor's rep confirms to Us Weekly.

The 30 Rock alum, 45, was traveling in a limo bus that overturned north Exit 7A at around 1 a.m. State Police say two tractor trailers, two cars, and one SUV were involved.

"Tracy remains in critical condition at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital. He sustained these injuries in an accident that occurred early this morning as one of several passengers in a chauffeured SUV returning from a tour date in Delaware," the rep tells Us in a statement. "His family is now with him and he is receiving excellent care. We don’t anticipate much of a change in his condition today but will provide a further update once more information becomes available."

Authorities confirm one person aboard the limo has died, three others are in critical condition, and one passenger is in fair condition.

The accident occurred following the comedian's stand-up gig at the Dover Downs Hotel & Casino in Dover, Delaware Friday night. His Turn It Funny show scheduled for The Fillmore Charlotte in Charlotte, N.C., on Saturday has been cancelled.
