Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes Are Divorcing

After five years of marriage, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are getting a divorce, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

"This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family," says Holmes's attorney Jonathan Wolfe. "Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest."

Cruise's rep tells PEOPLE: "Kate has filed for divorce and Tom is deeply saddened and is concentrating on his three children. Please allow them their privacy."

The Rock of Ages star, 49, wed actress Holmes, 33, in an Italian castle in November 2006. They have daughter Suri, 6.

This was Holmes's first marriage and the third for Cruise, who previously was married to the actresses Nicole Kidman, with whom he has two children, and Mimi Rogers.

Review of the book Grieving God's Way by Margaret Brownley

I got this book because back in December I lost my dog to old age and we had to put him to sleep and I am still grieving him to this day and thought this book would help. I did appreciate the tips in the book as well as the scriptures from the bible which helped me cope a bit as well.

I like the quote on page 5 that says it never seems like the right time to for a loved one to die. Losing someone we love reminds us how short life is and how much we take others for granted.

I also like the tip on page 19 which says " take a trip to the beach and play as a child. Run into the waves, build a castle? not possible? Then play hopscotch with a child or fly a kite. Play a round of golf or tennis. Plan a family outing the county fair. Ride a carousel; buy an ice-cream cone, blow bubbles. Go horseback riding. Swing in the moonlight. Dance in the sun."

It seems like when we grieve we eat more and can put on weight but as the reminder on page 21 says God offers us spiritual nourishment. And grief can be tough on spirituality. So start small as page 25 says. Ask for God's help. Attend a worship service. Reread your favorite scriptures. If your faith is shaken and not strong enough to hold you up, lean on a friend's faith. Ask others to pray with you and for you.

I also like the paragraph on page 27 which says the shock and disbelief that comes with grief serve a useful purpose. These are God's way of stopping us in our tracks and telling us hold on, don't move, something important is happening here. Faith comes to us in quiet moments, the soul grows in stillness and healing takes time. You may think you are making no progress and are stuck in your grief, but God is preparing body and soul for the next growth spurt.

I also like the paragraph on page 39 which says following the death of a loved one we revert to childlike ways. We stroke photographs and keepsakes, we run our hands over a loved one's chair, seeking to stay connected.We trust our senses to confirm the reality of a loved one's death but the only way to heal heartache is reach up and touch God.I also like what is says on page 47, many of us can't bear to part with a loved one's belonging's. Sometimes we keep the person's room intact, the closet sealed like a shine. This is ok for a while, but the time must come when we have to let go of the past and look forward to the future.

I like the stuff written on page 133 which says why do we say we are ok when we are not? Why do we say we are fine when the opposite is true? Why do we put up walls when we most need open doors? How do we get our friends to be more responsive and compassionate? Admit you need help say something like, I guess I'm not as brave as I thought I was. How can we expect friends to know our needs unless we tell them?

I also like page 151 where it says sometimes we fall back or grow weary and discouraged. At times the path will seem to steep, or we'll lose our way. Our faith might even be challenged, and we'll teeter on the edge. Grief might be the hardest mountain we will ever have to climb, but we don't have to do it alone. God doesn't just wait for us at the summit, he helps us every step of the way. I like the bottom paragraph on page 161 which reads God didn't promise days without pain, but he did promise to light the way. He also promised that he will comfort and give us strength in our moments of deepest need and that one day our tears will turn to laughter.

On page 169 I like that it shows us what grief made us learn such as how precious life really is, how much time I wasted worrying about things that don't really count? Who my real friends are? How strong and capable I am? The loss of a loved one can be one of life's greatest teachers.

I have alot on my mind so this will be the end of my review but I did enjoy the book and would recommend it to my friends.

Doane Says Cena Had An Affair With A Married Diva

Kenn Doane, who appeared as Kenny of the Spirit Squad and Kenny Dykstra for WWE from 2006 to 2008, blames an affair between John Cena and Mickie James for ruining his relationship with the former Diva and costing him his job. Speaking to SEScoops.com on the ordeal, Doane reveals that Cena was having a second affair with a then-WWE Diva who was married  to a man not involved with the professional wrestling industry.

Doane says he discovered James had been cheating on him with the Cenation leader when he caught her searching online rumors of her act of infidelity with the query “Mickie James dating John Cena.”

“Upon confronting her about it, “She stared at [the computer] for like legit two minutes and I’m looking at her like “Did you forget how to read? Say something, WTF.” She got up and ran into the other room crying saying she was sorry and she felt bad and admitted to it.”

While recalling the matter, Doane says Cena was having an affair with a second WWE Diva.

“I don’t have John’s number so I call his diva ‘road’ girlfriend. I ask her if she knows anything about it and she says she had a feeling because John recently dumped her and she is over him now,” Doane says.

Cena’s sexual escapades were not solely limited to WWE Divas as he was simultaneously involved with ‘ring rats’. Doane details, “Got one diva who is married to a guy outside of the business but she sleeps with Cena, then we got Cena who sleeps with rats (groupies, girls not in the biz, girls in the lobby waiting for an invite upstairs) and this married diva, and now my girlfriend.”

Following weeks of inactivity stemming from the affair, Doane was transferred to the SmackDown brand on June 17, 2007, as part of the WWE Supplemental Draft. Doane reveals that the married Diva was transferred from Raw to SmackDown as well after being dumped by Cena.

“Following weeks I’m off TV and off the road until I get sent to SmackDown. Ironically, John’s former Diva got sent too,” Doane recalls. “So now we’re on complete separate schedules and when there is a joint pay-per-view I’m off the road that day too and get flown in on a Monday for a Tuesday Smackdown. Yeah complete B.S. I get jobbed out then they take me off the road more and fire me.”

Two WWE Divas transferred from Raw to SmackDown in the 2007 WWE Supplemental Draft—and the entire year—Torrie Wilson and Victoria. Wilson was in the process of divorcing Billy Kidman. Victoria has been married to a man not affiliated with the professional wrestling industry since 1998, matching Doane’s claim.

On November 10, 2008, WWE announced Doane had been released from his contract. While discussing his termination with John Laurinaitis, he was informed that his decision to speak publicly on Cena and James’ affair will determine whether WWE offers him employment again in the future.

“When Johnny Ace called me to fire me I asked him if this is why I’m getting fired,” Doane recalls. “He told me we don’t have anything for you and depending on whether you choose to discuss this issue will determine on if your allowed to come back in the future.”

Doane ultimately concludes that he wants to be open and honest.
“Going forward I have no reason but to speak the truth and to make all this up would be absolutely insane. I’m not saying you have to believe anything I say but that is the truth,” he says. “WWE portrays Cena as this big hero and savior to all of us but truth be told that is a character he plays much like me as a cheerleader. When watching wrestling, know you’re watching a show and not real life situations or scenarios. We are basically live comic books brought to life and make short action movies for you to enjoy.”

Reese Witherspoon talks baby no. 3, acting hiatus

Reese Witherspoon is gearing up for her third baby, which means she'll be taking a break from moviemaking.

The Gene Siskel Film Center honored the actress with their Renaissance Award at an event at the Ritz-Carlton in Chicago on Saturday. Witherspoon, 36, spoke about her pregnancy for the first time, telling reporters who remarked that she was a glowing mom-to-be, "Thanks, but frankly I'm feeling very round tonight."

She also said that being in the Windy City, known for its pizza, was stirring up some pregnancy cravings. "It's not easy," she said. "I'm always feeling like I'd like to eat everything in sight!"

Witherspoon, who is married to talent agent Jim Toth and has two children from her previous marriage to Ryan Phillippe, has been finishing up production on her latest movie, "Devil's Knot."

The film, which is shooting in Atlanta and co-stars Colin Firth, is about the 1993 murder of three young boys in West Memphis, Arkansas. Three teenagers -- later dubbed the West Memphis Three -- were accused of killing the children as a part of a satanic ritual, despite a lack of physical evidence. The trio were released last year.

Talking about the film, Witherspoon told reporters, "It happens in Arkansas, and it's what I'd say is a very American story." Adding: "And, after I finish that, I'm going to take a little time off — and go have a baby."

As you know, John seemingly sprung the divorce on Liz out of nowhere, putting an end to their 3 year marriage.

If she can prove that he was gettin' some strange, then she'll be able to challenge the prenup!

"We're definitely following up on every lead relative to his being unfaithful before AND after the separation.

We definitely don't like cheaters around here, so we hope it's not true.

Congratulations to Sugarland‘s Jennifer Nettles and her husband, Justin Miller! The happy couple, who married seven months ago, told People.com they are expecting their first child.

“They are thrilled beyond belief,” Sugarland’s manager, Gail Gellman, told People.
Jennifer, 37, is due in November, a year after she and Justin said their vows in a chapel in the Tennessee Smoky Mountains.

Reviewing Site SafetyBook for Viewpoints

The blogger site Viewpoints asked me to sumbit 3 reviews of products I own such as my car, beauty items, etc and this site will tell me if there is any recalls on them that could result in saftey issues.

The site already wrote me back and told me about a recall on my car from 1996 which I had no idea even was there. It told me this: without the amber reflectors, the vehicle will will be poor fly illuminated, possibly resulting in a vehicle crash without waring.  I will probably not worry about this since I have my car all this time and have not any problems but it was nice for the heads-up.

I also added my refrigerator to the list and it told me about 3 recalls about that as well. They are saying an electral problem could cause a fire in my house. I probably will not do anything about this as well but I wil be on the look out for any problems with my refridgerator.

I hope Viewpoints enjoyed my review and my blog and will allow me to do more on my blog in the future.

Lindsay Lohan 'fine' after hotel room scare

For the second time in a week, Lindsay Lohan was checked out by medics after they received a call that she was found unconscious in her hotel room in the penthouse of the Ritz-Carlton in Marina Del Ray, California, on Friday. Paramedics were called to the actress’ room at 10:15 a.m. when she could not be roused.

According to TMZ, Lohan had been up for two days filming her Lifetime made-for-TV movie, "Liz & Dick," and had decided to get some sleep in a room at the hotel, where she's been shooting the Elizabeth Taylor biopic. But when someone went to wake the actress, they could not get a response, so they called 911.

Luckily for Lohan, she did eventually wake up and did not need to be transported to the hospital. 

"Lindsay has been working a grueling schedule for the last couple of days," Lohan’s rep Steve Honig told E! News. "Last night she worked from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. She was exhausted and went back to her room to sleep. Producers were apparently concerned and called the fire department and paramedics found her sleeping but determined that she was fine, just extremely exhausted and slightly dehydrated. She is on her way home now to rest and will be back on set later today."

Last Friday, Lohan crashed her rented Porsche into an 18-wheeler on the Pacific Coast Highway on her way to the set of “Liz & Dick.” While in the hospital, she told police her assistant was driving, but he was not, according to him and multiple witnesses at the crash scene. Police also found a water bottle filled with alcohol in the trunk of her car.

Jennifer Love Hewitt’s mother has died.

Jennifer Love Hewitt’s mother has passed away. The actress’s mother, Patricia, lost her battle with cancer at the age of 67

“Her family mourns her loss,” the rep says. “She was an angel to all who knew her and they are grateful she is now in a better place. They ask for privacy at this difficult time. No further details are being provided.”
Hewitt, 33, who kept her mom’s illness private, appreciated her acceptance of the career decisions she made.

For example, the actress’s mother was able to find her role as a prostitute on The Client List ”hilarious,” Hewitt joked two years ago.

“She was like, ‘So let’s review … For 15 years people have been talking about your boobs. Earlier this year, you wrote about your hoo haw in a book. Now you’re playing a crack ho on TV.’ She was like, ‘Do you think maybe you could do an animated movie next?’ “

LoCash Cowboys’ ‘C-O-U-N-T-R-Y’ Video to Star Kendra Wilkinson

This week, the LoCash Cowboys will be shooting a brand new music video for their fan-favorite song, ‘C-O-U-N-T-R-Y,’ but that’s not where the good times end. To kick the already rockin’ tune up a notch, they’ve asked ‘Kendra on Top’ and ‘Girls Next Door’ star Kendra Wilkinson to play the lead in the video.

LoCash’s Preston Brust and Chris Lucas first let the cat out of the bag during their intimate fan appreciation breakfast last week at the 2012 CMA Music Festival.

Then, when Wilkinson arrived in Nashville for a signing of her book Being Kendra: Cribs, Cocktails, and Getting My Sexy Back over the weekend, the country duo officially made the news public.

Wilkinson reached out to the LoCash Cowboys via Twitter, writing, “howdy potnuz … Can’t wait to have some fun with you guys. Woohoo!”

Monday morning (June 11), Wilkinson met with the duo for the first time to discuss the video treatment and game plan for the shoot set to take place about an hour south of Nashville on Tuesday.

“Kendra rocks,” Brust tells Taste of Country. “She’s just as crazy/sexy/cool as we thought she’d be! She’s the perfect girl for our video because not only is she hot, but she’s funny and she ain’t afraid to get muddy!”

‘C-O-U-N-T-R-Y’ was originally scheduled to become the duo’s fourth official single from their upcoming debut album, but their then-record label (R&J Records) closed its doors before the song had a chance to hit radio airwaves. Not the type to disappoint their fans, Brust and Lucas put their heads together and decided to go forth with making and releasing a music video for the tune anyway.

“It’s rowdy and crazy song,” adds Brust. “We’re real excited about the video coming out and can’t wait to see how our fans react.”

Carrie Underwood Takes Pride in Using Religion in Her Music

From the start, Carrie Underwood was never shy about her personal beliefs, especially when releasing her single, ‘Jesus Take the Wheel’ in the early part of her career. The song went on to become a powerful smash in country music, landing the ‘American Idol’ winner her first chart-topping hit.

In a recent interview with Glamour magazine, Underwood said the song’s content never worried her as far as how fans would embrace her or the song. “It wasn’t a worry to me at all,” she says in the magazine. “Country music is different. You have that Bible Belt-ness about it. I’m not the first person to sing about God, Jesus, faith [or] any of that, and I won’t be the last. And it won’t be the last for me, either. If you don’t like it, change the channel.”

As far as her personal life goes, Underwood and her hubby, Mike Fisher, try to fit time into their daily lives to practice their spiritual beliefs with one another. “Every Wednesday, my husband and I have a study group with our friends,” reveals the powerhouse singer. “I attend church. We try to devote time in the morning [and] say a prayer. I’m not a big reader, though. I have to feel it, hear it, touch it [and] be involved in it.”

Lindsay Lohan Rushed to Hospital After Car Crash

Lindsay Lohan is in the hospital following a scary accident with an 18-wheeler, a source confirms to Us Weekly.

According to TMZ, the 25-year-old actress was driving her Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway when she collided with the back of the truck.

Her car was totaled and an ambulance was called to the scene; despite the serious nature of the accident, sources tell TMZ the star "seems okay," and that she is currently being examined by doctors at an L.A.-area hospital.

2:14 PM PT -- This is crazy ... sources tell TMZ, the Porsche wasn't even Lindsay's ... IT WAS A RENTAL!!!

1:28 PM PT --  Eyewitnesses tell us both Lindsay and her assistant (the passenger) were bleeding and bruised, and the assistant is in an ambulance en route to the hospital. Lindsay and her assistant were both conscious after the accident.

1:20 PM PT -- Lindsay was driving the car, and we're told she's saying that the accident wasn't her fault, claiming the 18 wheeler cut her off.

She's just one month old and already Maxwell Drew Johnson has a wardrobe any grown woman would envy -- just ask the baby's aunt, Ashlee Simpson!

"She is definitely spoiled," Jessica Simpson's sister, Ashlee, 27, told Us Weekly at Thursday's exclusive Beverly Hills preview of Missoni Havaiana's 2012 Limited Edition Collection of her niece, whom Jessica and Eric Johnson welcomed on May 1. "You should see her closet! I'm like, 'God I wish I had your closet!' Her closet is beautiful."

Jessica, 31, has been settling in well to first-time motherhood, sis Ashlee confirms. "I am so proud of her!" Ashlee told Us of her sister, who stepped out for the first time since welcoming baby Maxwell on Wednesday to visit celeb personal trainer Harley Pasternak. "There were small things here and there [I advised her on] that you ask your friends and other mothers [about] but other than that, she's great."

Simpson and Johnson have opted to put their wedding on hold while they savor every minute with baby Maxwell. Simpson, who inked a $4 million Weight Watchers to shed her pregnancy pounds, is also eager to slim down before saying "I do."

"She won't walk down the aisle until she's back in good enough shape that she'll look great in the wedding dress she wants," a source explains.

“I’m so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam,” 19-year-old Cyrus told People.

It’s hard to say when the busy couple will settle down and exchange vows. Right now, Cyrus is clocking hours in the studio, preparing to release a new album. Meanwhile, Hemsworth is in New Orleans filming ‘Empire State.’ Once the film wraps, he’ll start shooing ‘Paranoia’ with Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman. Following that, the rising star will begin working on the second ‘Hunger Games’ film.

John Cena Why His Marriage Fell Apart

It's becoming apparent why John Cena's marriage to his high school sweetheart fell apart -- the house they were remodeling was sending them to the poor house and the courthouse.

We've already told you -- Cena has blamed the divorce on the remodel, claiming it caused unbearable strife between him and his wife. 

We just found documents showing how bad the situation was ... one of the contractors filed a lien on the house for $110,000, claiming the Cena's didn't pay him for his work.

FUN FACT -- Remodels are one of the main triggers that cause marriages to fail.

The Real Reason Britney Spears Has Been Walking Off X Factor Set During Auditions

During X Factor auditions in Austin, Texas, last week, Britney Spears abruptly left the judge's table several times as contestants continued to perform and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the real reason why the pop singer did so -- Brit has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and can't take medication for it.

As previously reported, Spears stepped up and delivered the drama last Thursday, ripping Simon Cowell during auditions after he trashed one contestant. "You are so RUDE, Simon," Britney snapped at her boss, setting the tone for what we will surely be seeing much more of in season two.

"Britney was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in her teens and used to take medication for it," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. "The medication helped her deal with it, however, she can't take it now because it interferes with the other medications she takes for her mental health issues. Britney's current team of doctors strictly prohibit her from taking Adderall or Ritalin, which are commonly given to people with ADHD.

"Simon was made fully aware of Britney's medical history before the contract was signed, so this certainly isn't a big surprise that she needs to take breaks during the audition process. Look, Britney basically has the attention span of a 10-year-old at times. It's not alarming to Simon at all and he is fully supportive of Britney doing whatever she needs to do during filming."

According to the Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Association, about 8 million adults suffer from the disorder and symptoms include overall restlessness, poor sustained attention to tasks and impaired impulse control.
"Britney's medical team works with her to deal with her disorder without medication and daily vigorous exercise is what often works best for Britney. Her nutrition is closely monitored and so is her caffeine intake, because that can also enhance Britney's inability to focus. Simon knew what he was dealing with before he ever signed her to join the show and it's not shocking to him. Of course, it's rather disconcerting for people that see her do it for the first time but it's truly nothing to be alarmed at. In fact, Simon would have been surprised if she hadn't taken breaks during judging last week, this means she is involved and engaged in the process," the insider says.

Spears has a one year deal to be a judge on the show for a whopping $15 million dollars, with an option for a second year if Cowell and Spears agree.

The X Factor will air this fall on Fox.
