She's confirmed to Diane Sawyer that she's expecting a baby with Joel Madden. The interview with Diane will air on Good Morning America this Thursday and 20/20 this Friday.

She said, "Yes, I am. We are. I'm almost four months."

Nicole will also talk about going to the clink. "I have a responsibility and it's something that I did wrong, and if I could personally apologize to every single person that has lost a loved one from drunk driving I would. And unfortunately I can't, but this is my way of paying my dues and taking responsibility and being an adult."

5-months ago Angelina Jolie started a legal battle with perfume maker Symine Salimpour. Symine had been working on a perfume for the past 2 years. She wanted to name it "Shiloh." Last year she filed to trademark the name "Shiloh" and that's when Angelina's lawyers came a knocking.

Angelina felt that Symine was trying to make money off of her baby's name. She wanted to trademark the name herself. After a 5-month battle Angelina has finally dropped her legal challenge.

Symine said, "In Hebrew, Shiloh means 'his gift, And I will use the perfume to give something back to the children of Israel and the Middle East." Symine will give 5% of all sales to a non-profit benefiting disabled chldren in Israel.

Symine said the whole thing was just a misunderstanding.

The Lohan family circus gave its latest performance in Long Island Family Court yesterday, when Michael Lohan dropped his demand that estranged wife Dina be tested for drugs before she can have contact with Lindsay’s kid sister and brother, Ally and Dakota. Michael told The Post one of the deciding factors came when Ally, 13, told him, “Daddy, I love you. I’ll love you more if you’ll drop that motion.” Later, when Michael followed Dina out of the courtroom and tried to ask her how she was, he was met by an icy silence.

The 1926 Spanish-style house went on the market on Friday for a cool $4.25 million. “This is a very special celebrity-owned home,” according to a description on MLS, the multiple listing service that brokers and customers rely on for a first look at available properties.

The house boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms an a separate guest quarter and office. One bedroom was converted into the “ultimate closet.”

Hilton’s publicist, Elliot Mintz, confirmed the house was put up for sale but declined to comment further.

Despite circulating reports and Jenna Jameson’s hopes that the actress is just the right mix of sexy and mysterious, Scarlett Johansson will not portray the porn star in the film adaptation of her autobiography. “Scarlett has never seen a script nor been approached about this project,” says a rep for the actress. “She also has no interest in playing this role.”

Speaking with PEOPLE at the Comic Con convention in San Diego this weekend, Jameson, 33, said she was smitten with the 22-year-old Johansson after seeing her Golden Globe-nominated turn in the 2003 film Lost in Translation. “I remember thinking to myself, this girl has such a sexuality without even really trying to be sexy,” Jameson said. “I was like, ‘This girl could play me.’ ”

Though she has met Johansson only briefly, Jameson said the encounter left quite an impression. “I love her,” Jameson said. “She’s amazing. She’s smart, she’s funny. … She’s stunning.” Jameson said the movie about her will be called Heartbreaker, based on Jameson’s 2004 book, How to Make Love Like a Porn Star, in which she detailed her rise to stardom in the adult film industry.

Tom Brady is about to reach two milestones: the age of 30 and fatherhood. But the New England Patriots quarterback says he doesn’t feel like he’s entering a new phase of life.

“I still feel like I’m 22,” Brady said after a Patriots training camp practice Sunday. “I don’t know if that’s good or bad.”

Lindsay Lohan Gets Sued

woman in Los Angeles is claiming that Lindsay Lohan and her bodyguard hit her car and now she's suing the actress in small claims court.

As TMZ first reported, Signe Dupuy claims that in April 2006 LiLo and her main man, Jaz, cut her off in their SUV while she was driving on Fairfax Ave. in L.A. Dupuy says when she got out of the car, Lindsay stopped and glared at her, while Jaz was "hostile" and "tried to intimidate" her. She says they gave her a fake name and number (the nerve!) and drove away.

Dupuy continued to try to get a hold of Lindsay by sending a letter to the toubled star's representative, in the hopes that it would be forwarded to Linsday's legal team.

According to TMZ, the rumors that Paris Hilton's grandpa Barron Hilton was going to cut her out of receiving her inheritance were simply false. TMZ claims the rumors were not true and states she stands to receive approximately $30 million. I'm a little disappointed. I liked the idea of him donating all of that money to charity!

Usher says the wedding is still on!

Usher Raymond and his pregnant fiancée Tameka Foster cancelled their nuptials last Saturday, but don’t count the couple out yet.

The singer exclusively tells Usmagazine.com that it’s only a matter of time before they walk down the aisle. “As of right now we don’t have a date but we will let you know when we do.”

The couple, who had scheduled their July 28 wedding at the Long Island home of music executive L.A. Reid, called off the ceremony at the last minute without explanation.

Multiple newspaper and online outlets speculated that the cancellation was due to bad blood between Foster and Usher’s mother, recent reports about Foster’s criminal past, and Foster’s resistance to signing a prenuptial agreement.

However, a source close to the couple dismisses the rumors.

“People are just hating,” says the insider, who reveals the real reason they postponed the wedding was due to a pre-term labor scare.

According to the Usher source, at noon on Friday, the four-months pregnant Foster was admitted to St. Vincent’s Medical Center in New York City after suffering cramping. But upon examination, says the source, “she learned it was just uneasiness brought on by the stress of the wedding.”

At that point, the singer decided to postpone the ceremony. But no worries.

“Everbody’s fine. Tameka and the baby are fine,” Usher himself told Usmagazine.com on July 30, after the couple arrived via private plane in NYC (and Us got the exclusive photo!).

Foster chimed: “We’re good. We’re all doing great now.”

Meanwhile, another friend of the couple assures Us that there will be an “I do” do-over in the future.

“There will be a second wedding ceremony,” the pal tells Us. “This is just a postponement. They are very much in love.”

Usher, 28, and Foster, 37, became engaged in January after a year of dating. The couple announced Foster’s pregnancy at the end of June. The baby will be Usher’s first child. Foster has three children from a previous marriage.

Britney and KFed's divorce will be finalized this morning Los Angeles

Lawyers for both have just entered a court room to have a judge sign off making their divorce official. Brit's lawyer will also make a motion to keep the details of the divorce including spousal support information a secret.

TMZ has learned that KFed is currently getting $15,000 a month for child support and $20,000 a month for spousal support which will end in November.

Child Custody is said to be split 50/50. There were rumors that KFed was going to ask for full custody, but that doesn't seem likely now since he has signed off on this 50/50 agreement. TMZ has reason to believe that even though they agreed to a custody split, neither of them are happy with the arrangement and may go back into court to change it.

Ozzy Osbourne treated in Denver hospital

Ozzy Osbourne was treated at a Denver hospital for “a minor outpatient procedure” over the weekend before flying to the next stop on his latest tour, his management company said on Sunday. His ailment was not disclosed, but NBC affiliate KUSA-TV reported on its Web site that Osbourne underwent surgery for a blood clot on Saturday night following a show. He had complained of leg pain for most of the day, KUSA said.

A spokesman for the 58-year-old musician did not immediately reply to an email seeking more information. A statement from Osbourne’s management read: “Ozzy Osbourne had a minor outpatient procedure at Rose Medical Center late last night. He was released early this morning and is doing well.”

It added that Osbourne is currently in Kansas City, Missouri, where he is scheduled to perform on Monday. Osbourne, who rose to fame in the 1970s as vocalist with heavy metal pioneers Black Sabbath, is headlining the annual Ozzfest tour.

NBC wants Jimmy Fallon to replace Conan O'Brien in 2009.

Conan is leaving his spot to take over "The Tonight Show" from Jay Leno.

NBC's first choice was apparently Jon Stewart, but he's locked down with Comedy Central. Jimmy's deal with NBC is expected to be nailed down early next year and announced next Summer. The network wants to get this done way in advance to avoid losing Conan to another network.

Paris In A Musical?!

Paris Hilton is heading to Toronto to star in a musical film called Repo! The Genetic Opera. The six-week shoot begins September 10th in Toronto.

The movie, based on a successful theatrical production by Terrance Zdunich and Darren Smith, is about an organ failure epidemic in 2056 that forces people to purchase genetically perfect body parts from Geneco, a biotech company committed to collecting regular payments.

"The idea is that everybody is buying up organs, and they cannot afford to pay for these organs," director Darren Lynn Bousman recently told MTV. "Thus, legalized organ repo-men come into the picture. Murder becomes sanctioned by law. So, if you buy a heart and can't afford it, someone can burst through the door and take your heart out ... and they don't get in trouble for it."

Bousman, who made the last two Saw films and the upcoming Saw IV in Toronto, will direct Repo!, in which the dialogue is all sung.

Paris will sing and dancen the musical which also stars Paul Sorvino and Alexa Vega. Paris will play Paul's daughter.

A source said, "Ronnie and Kate have a history of partying together so it's unusual that they are having some quiet time."

"Kate is washing her hair of Pete, and Ronnie and his wife Jo have been taking her mind off things. He's on the wagon and that is great for her."

Ronnie, 60, confessed to drinking eight pints of Guinness, two bottles of vodka and a bottle of Sambuca every day. Lightweight. Ronnie is clean now.

Usher was scheduled to marry Tameka Foster in the Hamptons this afternoon, but the shindig has been cancelled according to his spokesperson

This statement was issued:

"It was announced today that the wedding ceremony for Usher Raymond IV and Tameka Foster was canceled. No additional information will be given regarding the circumstances of the cancellation, but we hope the privacy of this matter will be respected."

The couple are expecting a child together and were engaged earlier this year. Usher's rep would not say whether they are still engaged or even still together.

Kelly Osbourne will make her stage debut in the musical "Chicago" as Mama Morton.

Queen Latifah played the role in the film. She is expected to play the role in the West End of London this Fall. There's also rumors she'll repeat the role on Broadway

A source said, "The word on the street is that Kelly is going to play Mama Morton in Chicago from September. She's been practising like mad."

Those Two Kissing Ain't Normal!

Star Magazine has issued an apology for posting a picture of Adam Sandler r and Kevin James mock-kissing in their "NOT NORMAL" section. According to Towleroad EIC of Star, Candace Truzzo issued this statement:

"'Normal/Not Normal' is supposed to be funny, and I regret that this particular photo caption was offensive and not written in a way to make it clear that we were being humorous. The joke was that Kevin James and Adam Sandler are not gay. If the kiss was between Lance Bassand his boyfriend or any other gay celebrities it would be 'Normal.' Let me point out that in the same issue of STAR, we devote the entire Couples News lead to Neil Patrick Harris and his boyfriend moving in together . Now that's normal. I sincerely apologize that our attempt at humor was perceived by some to be offensive to the gay community. That was certainly not our intent. We are proud that we support the gay community and will continue to do so."
