Mindy McCready And Her 5-Year-Old Son Are Missing

Scary stuff!

Country singer, Mindy McCready and her kinder-aged son have gone missing, according to police. The two were last seen Tuesday night.

Apparently, McCready has a dispute with the court system over custody -- which she does not have -- for 5-year-old son, Zander.

A missing persons report was filed with police, and a judge has ordered McCready to return Zander by 5 p.m. Thursday.

How do the police know Mindy has her son?
She posted about it facebook (duh)! She posted:

"My son is not missing" and that "police established that this afternoon via Skype. I have been fighting the Florida court system to protect my son, and bring him home. Please do not worry."

Yes, that's right. Don't worry about the kid being held hostage by the woman you saw on Celebrity Rehab for substance addition and who has overdosed since.

Sorry Mindy, but pretty worried.

Stay tuned for what we're hoping will be a happy ending!

Kourtney Kardashian Pregnant With Baby No. 2

Kourtney Kardashian is adding to the clan — she's pregnant with baby No. 2.

Kardashian and on-again-off-again boyfriend Scott Disick announced the news early Wednesday, first reported by Us Weekly.

"Now I'm nine weeks along," she said. "You're supposed to wait 12 weeks to tell people, but I feel confident."

This will be the couple's second child together. Their son, Mason Disick, was born in December 2009.

"It wasn't like we weren't trying," said Disick, 28. "We kind of just said, 'If it's meant to be, it'll be.'"

Kardashian, 32, and Disick have been together (on and off) for five years. On Sunday's premiere of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, the E! reality star made it clear that they were not in a relationship — and the two even slept in separate bedrooms.

Shar Jackson's Assistant Commits Suicide At Her Home

Shar Jackson, best known for as the ex-wife of Kevin Federline, suffered a tragic loss this week.

We have learned EXCLUSIVELY on PerezHilton.com that this past Monday, Shar was visited at her home in Corona by her former assistant Justice. After "drinking and getting emotional," Justice stormed out of the house and when he didn't return after several hours, Shar became concerned and went looking for him.

It was then that Shar found Justice's body, hanging from a tree in her gated community. With her eldest son Donnie and her cousin Brooklyn at her side, Shar cut him down and "tried to resuscitate him." Unfortunately, he was too far gone. When the police and paramedics arrived, Justice was pronounced dead on the scene. We're told the ordeal has left Shar "heartbroken". She is currently in the care of her mother Clarice and has been "coping by taking Valium."

Review of the book the Future Door by Jason Lethcoe

This book was a very good book. I liked the idea of time travel and having a machine that you could go either to the future, present or past and change your life for the better. The book is about a young boy and his uncle whose time machine gets stolen and they have to after the crook and get back the time machine or the future will be ruined forever. It made for a very interesting reading book and I could not put it down. I read it in 3 hours in an afternoon. Its not really a religious book but that is ok with me. You can enjoy all kinds of books and such. I would recommend this book to everyone who wants a nice book to read that will get them into the book and away from reality for a while. It makes me think of the movie Back to the future and how if you alter one thing from the future, the reality goes messed up. I love that movie because I think it would be neat to have a flying machine that can change time and we can change our life, maybe go back to a time when we wanted to do things differently such as a death of the family and we wanted to say goodbye one last time when we couldn't. Wish is what I would do with a time machine. I would go back when my dog died and get to say goodbye one last time.

Review of the book The Encounter by Stephen Arterburn

This book was a wonderful read. I read it in 2 hours just sitting my couch relaxing. This story is about a man who goes to Alaska to find his long lost mother who give him up for adoption a long time ago and tries to find out why she did what she did and they ended up being friends. It is a really good book and I would recommend it to anyone.

And its not your typical religious book like the others but still an enjoyable book nonetheless. I think I would personally like to read more books by this author. I like learning about adoption because I think its a selfish act because if you cannot take care of a child and you are a mom you are giving the child a better life then what you have and that is unselfish of you. Not everyone expects to have a baby and when it turns out to be an accident you have to think whats best for your kid not you. That's why I like a girl named Caitlin and a guy named Tyler from Teen Mom who gave up their kid so it could have a better life and it turned out well. The adoption family is awesome and lets the young couple keep up with what is going on with their daughters life. Then later on Caitlin and Tyler decide to have a kid and this time they can take care of it because they had grown and learned more.

Fourteen Yr Old Creates Tumblr To Document Murderous Plot Against Justin Bieber's Ex

A developmentally disabled fourteen year old from Kentucky really wanted to murder Justin Bieber's ex — Caitlin Beadles.

And possibly even Selena Gomez! The suspect created a Tumblr under the username "KILLSGANDCB" and used it to plot her diabolical thoughts.

Though the Tumblr has been taken down, the legal documents state the suspect wrote she had cameras following Caitlin 24/7 and that Caitlin wouldn't know what was coming to her until she woke up with a knife on the other side of her bed!

The LAPD contacted the suspect's mother who claims she is not closely monitoring her internet activity.

Lindsay Lohan She'll Get Out of Jail In Minutes

Lindsay Lohan will almost certainly get out of jail in a matter of minutes ... this according to officials from the L.A. County Sheriff's Department.

Two Sheriff's Dept. officials tell us ... if someone receives a misdemeanor sentence of 90 days or less, they are routinely processed in and then released. As one of the officials put it, "She'll be out without even having to change her clothes."

Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced Lindsay to serve 30 days in the pokey, adding that the only way to shave time off the sentence is if it's required by law. A Sheriff's official told us earlier this week ... misdemeanor inmates only serve 20% of the actual sentence because of overcrowding. But the 2 officials we spoke with today say ... because of overcrowding they immediately release inmates sentenced to less than 90 days.

As for what the judge said -- that the sentence can only be reduced if required by law -- the officials say there's a federal court order on overcrowding that "trumps everything," and that order has been interpreted to immediately release people with short jail sentences.

Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore just confirmed with TMZ ... Lindsay will get in and out of jail pronto, adding the only reason there might be any sort of delay -- possibly overnight -- is if there are lots of other inmates who are being processed out at the same time.

Kim Kardashian Speaks Out On Her Failed Marriage: 'I Got Caught Up With the Hoopla'

One day after she filed for divorce from Kris Humphries, her husband of 72 days, and left the country on a business trip, Kim Kardashian is making sure she tells her side of the story.

“I am trying not to read all the different media reports but it’s hard not to see all the negative ones,” Kardashian tweeted on Tuesday. “First and foremost, I married for love. I can’t believe I even have to defend this. I would not have spent so much time on something just for a TV show!”

She says that sharing the wedding with fans on E!’s two part wedding special in early October is just part of who she is and how the Kardashian family chooses to conduct their lives.

“We filmed Kourtney giving birth, Khloe getting married, break ups, make ups, our best moments and our worst moments,” she writes. “These were all real moments. That’s what makes us who we are. We share, we give, we love and we are open!”

She then goes on to describe the “rollercoaster” she was on as the wedding approached and expresses regret for not ending the relationship sooner.

“I got caught up with the hoopla and the filming of the TV show that when I probably should have ended my relationship, I didn’t know how to,” she reveals. “And didn’t want to disappoint a lot of people.”

Kardashian then ends her statement by saying that reports that she made millions off of her wedding are “simpy not true” and announced that she will be donating the money from her wedding gifts to the Dream Foundation.
