Pete Doherty and Kate Moss made a visit to England’s Cotswold Wildlife Park when witnesses say they saw him throw a joint to the penguins. One of the penguins apparently ate the joint.

A source said, “Everyone knew he was smoking grass. He was joking about getting the penguins stoned. He threw them his joint and it looked like one penguin gulped it down. It seemed very wobbly.”

Staying On The Show

2 young girls robbed a bank

Two alleged teenage girls in Acworth, GA clad in sunglasses walked into a Bank of America inside a grocery store and handed the teller a note demanding cash. They got it and walked out. Cops say that the girls are probably only 16-years-old.

Witnesses say the two casually walked into a Kroger and casually walked out. It’s unknown whether they got into a car. It’s also not been made public how much they got away with.

Virgie Meet Danni

Virgie Arthur finally met her granddaughter, Dannielynn Hope, in the Bahamas yesterday. The supervised visit was the first time Virgie met Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter. Danni is currently with Howard K. Stern in the Bahamas. Two days before that Larry Birkhead met her for the first time. Howard agreed to these meetings prompting many to speculate that they are in talks for some kind of custody agreement.

Virgie and Howard are back in a Florida courtroom today where a judge is considering to overturn the decision to bury Anna with her son in the Bahamas. Virgie really really wants Anna in Texas. The hearing is expected to be brief.

Diddy reportedly punched a dude out at a post-Oscar party on Sunday night. The “situation” took place outside The Roosevelt Hotel at around 2am. 27-year-old, Gerard Rechnitzer, claims that Diddy was hitting on his fiancee. Gerald said he watched Diddy try and work his magic for about 5-minutes and then stepped in.

Soon after he stepped in, Diddy punched his ass sending him five feet and severely injuring him. Diddy left by the time the cops arrived.

Mark Wahlberg has "gay issues."

The actor says that filmmaker Ang Lee was originally considering him for a part in the gay cowboy story Brokeback Mountain, but he was uncomfortable with the subject matter and is happy he didn't pursue the role.

Marky Mark says he was "a little creeped out" at the prospect of having to play gay.

Says Wahlberg, "I met with Ang Lee on that movie, I read 15 pages of the script and got a little creeped out. It was very graphic, descriptive - the spitting on the hand, getting ready to do the thing. "I told Ang Lee, 'I like you, you're a talented guy, if you want to talk about it more...' Thankfully, he didn't."

Paris in handcuffs seriously would have made my day. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen but her car was taken away. She was returning from the Virgin Megastore in West Hollywood last night when she was stopped after the cops noticed her headlights were not turned on in her $200,000 Bentley.

The cops took her car away, because she was driving on a suspended license.
Paris’ publicist, Elliot Mintz, tried to explain the situation, “The parking lot is brightly lit so she had not noticed that her headlights were not activated.”

"He feels like Britney never was the same after she had their kids," the source said. "Even after the first baby, she had wild mood swings and her temper would go off at the drop of a hat." "It got worse after her second pregnancy. Kevin didn't want another baby so soon, not because he didn't want more kids, but because her temper was so unstable when she was pregnant," the source continued. "After she came home from the hospital the second time, she just seemed really unhappy all of the time. He said, 'Nothing made her happy anymore. She was just angry or sad all the time.'"

Experts have said that Spears' recent spate of erratic behavior could have been motivated by postpartum depression, which can set in anytime during the first year after birth and affects up to 80 percent of new mothers.

Hepatitis Scare at Beyoncé Party

Guests at a Sports Illustrated party attended by Beyoncé and top models may have been exposed to hepatitis by a Wolfgang Puck prep cook, health officials said. The Los Angeles County Department of Health sent guests alerts Tuesday saying the worker had acute hepatitis A and recommended vaccinations for anyone who ate uncooked food at the party and three other events from Feb. 14-20. There have been no reports of illness. Carl Schuster, president of Wolfgang Puck Catering, said: "While the risk of infection is low, we will continue to work with the Health Department to bring a speedy and thorough resolution to this investigation. Our catering efforts continue, and we remain confident that our guests will receive the highest standards of excellence for which Wolfgang Puck is known." After the cook was placed on medical leave, "we immediately worked to take every precaution to further safeguard our patrons and other employees," said Schuster. He added the infected employee was not involved in any of the Puck-catered Oscar events, including the Governors Ball after the Academy Awards. The Feb. 14 Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition party was the biggest of the events where the cook worked. Beyonce, who posed for the cover, was joined by major Sports Illustrated models including Bar Refeali, Veronica Varekova, Yamila Diaz-Rahi, Ana Beatriz Barros and Marisa Miller. The party was held in a tented area in the courtyard of the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. The African-born, award-winning actor, whose muscular physique stood out in such films as Amistad, Gladiator, and most recently, Blood Diamond, will be featured in a global print and outdoor campaign supporting the launch of the brand's latest product line, Calvin Klein Steel.

The victim was originally identified as a "fan" but it later turned out to be an autograph hunter.

Assistant attacker Naomi Campbell sat down with Extra recently, and in the exclusive interview she revealed that she goes to daily therapy sessions and that she's deeply sorry for hitting people (again and again).

"Shocking New Claim: Did Anna Nicole Have Lupus?"

Startling new claims have emerged following the death of Anna Nicole Smith indicating that the model may have been suffering from lupus.

A medical examiner has yet to determine the cause of Smith's death almost three weeks ago in Seminole, Florida. Prior to her passing she had allegedly used Topamax, Dilaudid and Methadone hearings regarding the final resting place of her remains revealed.

These three drugs are not normally prescribed to treat lupus, a disease which affects the immune system. Pregnancy, however combined with lupus could present a severe amount of pain to a patient according to an expert contacted by Access Hollywood.

According to Dr. Bob Lahita a practicing physician and Professor of Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical School who has authored several books on the disease, about 60% of lupus patients develop a condition called Fibro Myalgia. The condition causes chronic and extreme pain across the body in muscles, tendons and ligaments and can make it hard for a patient to sleep. Such occurrences leave open the possibility that painkillers Topamax and Dilaudid may have been used for comfort, Dr. Lahita speculates. Dr. Lahita has been in contact with at least one other media outlet regarding his opinion, since claims that Smith had the disease began to emerge.

In addition to pain, Lupus.org, a website run by the Lupus Foundation of America notes that pregnant lupus patients have other concerns to worry about. Antiphospholipid antibodies, which hurt the immune system can be found in many patients with lupus and "pose a particular risk" to pregnant patients by increasing the chance of a miscarriage.

In fact, Anna Nicole had suffered one miscarriage according to Birkhead who revealed the model's loss on the stand during last week's hearings over Smith's remains.

Smith gave birth to baby Dannielynn last fall. If she did suffer from the disease, following the delivery, things may have gotten worse.

According to Dr. Lahita, three months after birth symptoms of lupus can "really flair up," he told Access Hollywood.

Us Weekly bumped into the actress when she left the theater for a bathroom break, and she sang the praises of her seafoam Chanel number. "I love this dress,” she told Us. “Isn't it pretty?" But at some point while in the bathroom, she seemed to have changed her mind. After returning to the theater, she tugged anxiously on her dress. "I don't feel really relaxed,” she told her female companion. “I don’t want to spill water on this dress or you can see through it.” The 24-year-old actress then began to fret about taking the stage later to present the Academy Award for Best Screenplay. “I want to get this over with so I can go relax,” she told her friend. “I can't f--k up my speech. I am presenting Best Screenplay and it will be career suicide if I f--k it up! I really need water. I just want to get out of here already!" Kirsten has never been a huge fan of the Oscars. Two years ago on the red carpet, Us overheard the star whisper to her publicist, “I hate this.”

Katie Holmesraised eyebrows with her demure manner on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscar party.

Upon arriving at the famed afterparty, Cruise urged his bride to pose for a photograph alone.

"Take a shot of her," he told photographers.

But according to an onlooker, the 28-year-old actress refused to take a picture without him.

The actor then led Holmes around by the hand, pulling her back and forth while he mingled and she remained silent.

Cruise, 44, greeted a few photographers but didn’t introduce his wife, who said nothing and stood next to her husband, waiting for him to finish his conversations.

He later asked her again to pose for a picture alone, and she finally agreed.

“She looks at him for direction,” the witness tells Us.

Larry Birkhead Thinks DanniHope Looks Like Him

Larry Birkhead traveled to the Bahamas to meet Dannielynn Hope for the first time. Larry let Bravo (of course) film the meeting and part of it aired on “The Today Show” this morning. Larry fed Danni and burped her. He spoke openly about his relationship with Anna Nicole Smith and her pregnancy.

He said that soon after Anna told him she was pregnant, she left Los Angeles and set-up in the Bahamas with Howard K. Stern.

Larry said, “They were kind of low-res pictures that [Smith and Stern] sent out to different outlets to see if they were interested in them, and they were so small that I couldn’t see. But even in that small form, I knew when I looked at them, I knew. I said, ‘She’s mine. That’s my baby. She looks like me – she is mine.’ And there was not a doubt.”

Larry will continue to fight to prove that he’s Danni’s true father and if it’s revealed to be true, he will fight for custody.

Foxy Claims She Was Arrested Because of Her Race

Foxy Brown was arrested a couple of weeks ago for allegedly creating some kind of disturbance in a Florida nail salon. She claims she was innocently using the toilet in a beauty salon when the police arrested her. Foxy’s side of the story is that the police barged into the bathroom and pulled her out with her pants around her ankles.

Foxy claims, “I was exposed from the waist down on the toilet. The only crime I’m guilty of is being a young black woman.”

The cops and the store keeper claim that she spit on an employee, resisted arrest and fought with police officers as they brought her out of the store. The store keeper claims she was fixing her weave in the bathroom with the door wide open and wasn’t using the toilet.

Foxy has previously had “situations” with nail salon employees in the past. It’s not like she’s an innocent person.

23 members of DePauw University’s DeltaZeta sorority were kicked out because they were “insufficiently committed.” That’s sugared talk for meaning they were “fat”, “not white” or “fugly.”

The Ny Times reports:

Worried that a negative stereotype of the sorority was contributing to a decline in membership that had left its Greek-columned house here half empty, Delta Zeta’s national officers interviewed 35 DePauw members in November, quizzing them about their dedication to recruitment. They judged 23 of the women insufficiently committed and later told them to vacate the sorority house.

The 23 members included every woman who was overweight. They also included the only black, Korean and Vietnamese members. The dozen students allowed to stay were slender and popular with fraternity men — conventionally pretty women the sorority hoped could attract new recruits. Six of the 12 were so infuriated they quit.

“Virtually everyone who didn’t fit a certain sorority member archetype was told to leave,” said Kate Holloway, a senior who withdrew from the chapter during its reorganization.

“I sensed the disrespect with which this was to be carried out and got fed up,” Ms. Holloway added. “I didn’t have room in my life for these women to come in and tell my sisters of three years that they weren’t needed.”

Virgie Gets Denied!

Anna Nicole Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur, filed papers on Friday to try and stop a judge’s decision. It was her last lame attempt to try and gain custody of Anna’s remains, so that she can be buried in Texas with her estranged family. That drama queen judge already awarded Anna’s remains to Dannielynn Hope and suggested she be buried with her son in the Bahamas .

Today judge drama queen denied Virgie’s appeal and said, “Arthur seeks an indefinite stay and has shown no intent to expedite the proceedings.”

The autograph seeker waited for James to exit a pre-Oscar party at 2am. James and his girlfriend Peta Nemcova quickly drove off running over the dude’s foot. I guess they didn’t know what happened or they didn’t care, because James kept driving off.

Bobby Brown was arrested last night outside his daughter’s high school. Bobby was there for a cheerleading competition and the fuzz picked him up for failing to appear in court and paying child support.

Bobby owes money to his ex-girlfriend, Kim Ward. The couple have two teenagers together, Bobby II and LaPrincia.

Bobby’s mouthpiece said, “Yes, it is true. He was arrested yesterday in Boston for late child support payments. We are bringing those payments current right now as we speak.”

There’s been rumors that Hugh Hefner’s main girlfriend, Holly Madison, is urging Hugh to get her knocked up. Now there are rumors that the two will make it legal by the end of the year. Hugh is 80 and Holly is 27. TMZ is reporting that attorneys for Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead are currently in negotiations regarding the paternity of Dannielynn Hope. There are rumors that Larry’s attorneys used a cup that Howard drank from during court last week to test his DNA which might have proved Larry was the true father. This could be the reason for settlement negotations.

Sources say Howard could be trying to settle with Larry, giving him what he needs for custody but making sure Howard still gets his dough and control’s ANS’s estate.

Brangelina are denying a story that they have filed for adoption papers in Vietnam to add another brat to their pack. A source said that Angelina Jolie has toured Ho Chi Minh City’s Tam Binh orphanage twice before deciding that’s where her next baby would come from.

A spokesperson for the orphanage denied the story. Saying, “Brad and Angelina have not been back to our orphanage since their visit in November. I’d only wish that they were adopting from us! There are many orphanages in Vietnam that they could adopt from, but it certainly is not us.”

Children Visit Britney Spears in Rehab

Britney Spears saw her children during a weekend visit to Promises. Estranged husband Kevin Federline brought their boys, Sean Preston, 17 months, and Jayden, 5 months, to the Malibu rehab center Saturday evening, a source says. "The kids are his No. 1 priority and they always have been," the source says. "He's so stressed out right now. He only wants the best for Britney and the kids." This was the second time Federline has visited his estranged wife. He also went to Promises on Friday without the children.
