Jake Gyllenhaal is supposedly opening up a restaurant

A long time ago he promised himself he would open a restaurant if his acting career took off by 30. He’s now 27, so he owes himself a restaurant :) A source says of Jake,

“Cooking is his big hobby and his passion.”

The restaurant will serve organic food, and Jake is partnering with top cook, Chris Fischer. This summer, Jake’s even planning a cycling tour of Tuscany, Italy, with Reese Witherspoon, so he can seek out food inspiration.
