Cedars-Sinai Chief Medical Officer Michael L. Langberg, MD, has released a statement, claiming that the accidental overdosing of Dennis Quad's twin newborns was "preventable," and that "there is no excuse for that to occur at Cedars-Sinai." Dennis and his wife, for their part, have also released a statement concerning the state of their twin babies' health:
