This isn't true. Blackout is currently #27 on Billboard.com top 200. Last week it was #7. Sales are dwindling, as they are for everyone whose had an album out for awhile. In the industry as a whole, sales are way off the last couple of years.
It looks to me like Blackout has done very well and continues to.
