Just when Larry Birkhead was about to leave the Bahamas with Dannielynn Hope, Virgie filed a last minute appeal stopping him.
She objected a judge's ruling allowing Larry to take his baby back home providing her returns back on June 9th for a hearing.
Virgie lives in the US and wanted ANS and Daniel buried in Texas yet she wants to keep Danni in the Bahamas
UPDATE - She got denied!!!!!
