People has named Drew Barrymore the No. 1 spot on People magazine's annual "100 Most Beautiful People" list. Also making the "Beautiful People" list are celebrity do-gooders Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, George Clooney, Oprah Winfrey, Alicia Keys, Sandar Bullock, Leonardo DiCaprio, Tyra Banks and Nicole Kidman.
Other good-looking list-makers include Jennifer Garner, Scarlett Johansson, Matthew McConaughey, Jennifer Aniston , Reese Witherspoon, Halle Berry, Julia Roberts, Jennifer Lopez, Carrie Underwood and Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz..
Barrymore was photographed without makeup for the issue, along with Eva Longoria and Jessica Simpson , Alba, and Biel. 32-year-old Barrymore said making the cover "made my peacock feathers shine in the golden-hour light and extend to the heavens."
