There was a hearing today in the ongoing Brit/KFed custody saga. The Commish decided to cancel a hearing next month. Brit was apparently going to ask for changes to her current custody arrangement in that hearing. Brit wants to drive with her kids in the car again.
KFed's attorney used a TMZ video of Brit out the night she said she was "too sick" to attend her deposition after she cancelled 4 times. KFed's lawyer wants to get all her custody requests halted until she completes her depo.
The hearing has been scheduled for February 19th and hopefully Brit will complete her depo by then.
