Kiefer Sutherland was officially charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.

This is Kiefer's like fourth DUI. He was already on probation for a DUI back in 2004.
If convicted Kief could get up to 1 year in jail and a $1,000 fine plus 6 extra months in the slammer if a judge feels he violated his probation. Kief is being represented by Lindsay Lohan's lawyer, Blair Berk. This means he won't serve a day!
His arraignment is set for Oct. 16.
