Brit's Going To Jail......Maybe.....Probably Not

Today she was charged with one count of hit and run, causing property damage and one count of driving without a valid California license. The charges stem from that little fender bender in a parking lot back in August when Brit hit a parked car. The owner of the car filed a police report on August 9th after they didn't hear from Britney or her camp.

She could get up to 6 months in jail if convicted. Her arraignment is set for October 10.

That may be the reason why Britney was seen crying as she left her lawyer's office this afternoon. Apparently she broke into tears while going to her car. Maybe it has nothing to do with these charges. Maybe she's crying, because she failed her drug test! Drama as usual.
