On June 13, a man identifying himself as Arturo Globenfeldt posted a message on Monjack’s Imdb.com page claiming he owes him $16 million in film investment money.

A source that used to work for Brittany Murphy has reportedly said that Brittany is convinced that “a high-powered Hollywood player” is stalking her.
This past April, Murphy’s boyfriend at the time, Simon Monjack, disappeared for ten days with Murphy claiming that he had been kidnapped by agents of her stalker. Coincidentally, the dates that Monjack was missing correspond to the time that he was reportedly jailed by U.S. immigration for overstaying his visa.
