Via cell phone, Richards told E! News’ Ryan Seacrest, “I am actually sitting in the parking lot of the courthouse...again. I am sure everyone will hear about it and read about it later.”

She continued, “He [Sheen] decided to take me to court this morning, so I’m sitting in the parking lot...If he’s here, we will see each other today. He’s the one taking me to court. He should be here.”

Denise expressed her dismay over the constant bickering, saying, “This is ugly and it’s embarrassing and it’s humiliating. It’s not healthy for our kids. I hope that we can resolve everything. It’s very sad for our children. This is not good. For the girls’ sake, the best thing would be for he and I to be cordial...It could happen on my part. That’s all I can say.”

Yesterday Miss Richards was spotted on her way to family therapy with her two daughters, hopefully to get the help they need.
